Colored stone metal tiles are composed of multiple layers of high-density materials, including aluminum-zinc coated steel as the base material, anti-fingerprint coating, colored sand grains, and acrylic resin.

(4) Acrylic resin is the key material for bonding the steel plate and colored sand, and also serves as a protective layer for the sand surface, preventing minor rainwater seepage and extending the life of the sand color.

In the weather resistance test plan, temperature is a major consideration. According to the temperature range of cold winter and hot summer areas, we simulate -50℃～70℃, using the following methods:
When simulating the 0℃～70℃ range, ice is mainly used to cool the laboratory, and an ice-water mixture is used to spray and cool the experimental tiles. When simulating the 10℃～50℃ range, we mainly use a temperature control box to adjust the laboratory temperature, which can be adjusted from room temperature to 50℃, and auxiliary electric heating is used to heat the laboratory. When simulating the 50℃～70℃ range, the long sunshine hours and high solar radiation intensity in summer are mainly considered. Typically, the comprehensive air temperature on the surface of a horizontal roof reaches 60～70 ℃, the comprehensive temperature of the west wall reaches 50～60 ℃, and the comprehensive temperature of the east wall reaches 45～50 ℃. Based on this requirement, we use 5-10 sets of baking lamps and 2 sets of Ultraviolet lamps to simulate direct sunlight for baking to ensure that the surface temperature of the experimental wall reaches the ideal temperature and to ensure sufficient irradiation time.
