The construction process of colored stone tiles is as follows:
First, the overlapping parts of the metal roof. During the construction of the colored stone metal roof tiles, an anti-ultraviolet acrylic coating should first be applied to the overlapping parts. While it is still wet, the seam-woven polyester cloth should be fully saturated with acrylic waterproof coating from above until it is completely dry.
Second, the protrusions of the metal roof. For protrusions on the metal roof, such as chimneys, vents, and fan outlets, when decorating with colored stone tiles, select seam-woven polyester cloth of appropriate size and shape. Apply an acrylic waterproof coating around the protrusion, lay the cut seam-woven polyester cloth on top, and then fully saturate the seam-woven polyester cloth with acrylic waterproof coating from above to ensure that no bubbles or wrinkles occur.
Third, the metal roof gutter. Whether using colored stone metal roof tiles or other roofing materials, the gutter joints, drain outlets, etc., should first be treated with a local waterproof treatment using a metal roof waterproof system, and then a larger waterproof area should be coated with a layer of acrylic waterproof coating. While it is still wet, lay the seam-woven polyester cloth on top, and then fully saturate the seam-woven polyester cloth with acrylic waterproof coating from above until it is completely dry. At least 1 hour later, finally apply another layer of acrylic waterproof coating.
